Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon famous apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We try to implement all web site migrations ASAP. Nevertheless, we don’t have a fixed time frame for web site migrations. There are certain factors that you need to take into consideration – the very size of your web site and the workload of our website migration team, etc. We always try to perform each migration in less than 48 hours. With less sizeable sites, our team typically manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We do not collect any information that is sensitive. We’ll require, though, the login info for your present web hosting account along with the name of the web site that you wish to migrate.

A: Nope. Your site will remain available online during the transfer. Once everything is completed on our end, we will tell you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything is okay, all you will have to do is edit your domain name’s DNS settings.

A: While we migrate your content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: Yup. We support all conventional Linux–powered hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered hosting platforms, because we do not provide Windows hosting solutions ourselves.We also do not support proprietary web site building and administration tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
